I came to Dr. Hejny with a herniated disc in my L5/S1. I spent the 3 months prior trying physical therapy, cortisone shots, and rest. I was unable to sit, lay or sleep without pain. I have received great care from Dr. Hejny. After he adjusted my Atlas and my body adjusted to the new alignment, I was able to toss out all my shoe inserts since both legs were in alignment. I was thrilled with the results and so glad to not need those inserts after 20+ years of using them!
